VS 77 (referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between VS 77 and every individual ("User" or "you") who uses the platform.

To open an account and use VS 77's services, you must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful and accurate.

Eligibility Requirements:

KYC Verification Process:

VS 77 reserves the right to verify your identity (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time. This may be required particularly during withdrawals, large transactions, or cases of suspected irregular activity. The following documents may be requested:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the last 3 months).
• Proof of payment method ownership (bKash/Nagad account screenshot).

VS 77 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.

VS 77 supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Using third-party accounts or anonymous payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 5 to 15 minutes.
• The deposit amount may vary depending on the applicable bonus terms.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Requests are generally processed within 1 to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and all other games on VS 77. They apply equally to all users.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available).
• If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, VS 77 reserves the right to declare that bet void.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was placed will be considered final.
• Live betting may involve a delay — a slight difference from real-time events is normal.
• VS 77 reserves the right to cap maximum winnings on unusual betting patterns.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts belonging to the same user is prohibited.

Sports Betting specific rules:

• In cricket, a bet may be voided if the minimum required number of overs has not been completed.
• In football, results from extra time and penalty shootouts are counted based on the terms of the specific market.
• VS 77's official results for kabaddi are considered final.

VS 77 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are listed on that offer's details page. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses.

General Bonus Terms:

• The applicable Wagering Requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• A promotion may not be used more than once per account.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after all wagering requirements have been met.
• Bonuses not used before their expiry date will be automatically cancelled.
• VS 77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• If bonus abuse is found to have occurred, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

Welcome Bonus specific terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Welcome bonus wagering requirements typically range from 10x to 30x.
• The minimum odds requirement for each bet placed with bonus funds will be stated in the applicable offer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited to protect the fairness and security of the VS 77 platform. Violations may result in account closure and/or legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software for betting or gaming.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage on VS 77.
• Transacting through money laundering or illegal funds.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.
• Deceiving other users or gaining unauthorized access to their accounts.
• Threatening or harassing VS 77 staff, other users, or any third party.
• Exploiting bonus terms for system abuse (arbing or bonus hunting).

VS 77 may suspend or permanently close an account, with or without notice, under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Suspected fraudulent financial activity or money laundering concerns.
• Failure to respond to a KYC verification request.
• By court order or for legal reasons.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).

Prior to closing an account, VS 77 will endeavour to allow withdrawal of any legitimate balance; however, funds may be forfeited in cases where a rules violation has occurred.
